Fusion Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: FUSN) is a clinical-stage oncology company focused on developing next-generation radiopharmaceuticals as precision medicines to treat a broad range of cancers. Fusion Pharmaceuticals is looking for an Executive Assistant who is a dynamic self-starter, strong collaborator, and can embrace growing organization to help to maintain the culture. This position is located in Boston with collaboration with the Sr. Executive Assistant located in Hamilton, Ontario. This position is high profile role interacting with C-suite members, Board of Directors and Investors.


  • Calendar and project support for the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Medical Officer.
  • Point person for vendors, virtual meetings and external partners
  • Coordination with building management including security
  • Organizing internal meetings and coordinating with key external stakeholders for meetings
  • Assist with managing department budgets, billing/invoice responsibilities for finance, and clinical teams
  • Organize and implement team-building events
  • Maintain good relationships with the offices of external investors and board members.
  • System support virtual meeting management and evaluation (GoToMeeting, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Travel management support
  • Expense reimbursement support including compiling and submitting receipts
  • External communications support


  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to clearly communicate concepts and ideas
  • Self-starter who can work independently or part of a multi-discipline team
  • Proactive style with the ability to anticipate what is needed without constant guidance
  • Diligence: prompt responses and follow-up
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Powerpoint proficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times related to business matters.
  • Smartsheet is an asset
